New construction and renovation of health care facilities, including laboratories, hospital rooms and facilities, operating rooms, x-ray, MRI and CT facilities, primary care clinics, kitchen and food service facilities. Church and museum new construction and renovations.
Commercial: Office buildings; new construction, renovation, interior fit-up, code upgrades and retrofits. Rehabilitation, additions, renovations, upgrading of existing buildings (including historical landmarks) for office and other commercial use.
Industrial: Manufacturing and process facilities, warehousing, freight and transportation facilities, special manufacturing environments including clean rooms, RFI rooms, computer facilities and special manufacturing process centers.
