In the beginning, our earliest projects consisted of small residential construction which eventually led to larger estate houses. These early projects formed the foundation for the company’s reputation of quality and attention to detail, especially in the areas of interior finish carpentry, stone and masonry work.
During the 1960’s the company’s focus began to steer away from the residential sector and focus more on industrial construction projects to help feed the growing economy. It was during this time that THP had had also began its work with institutional buildings such as churches, schools and related structures.
In the following decades, THP developed many unique client relationships and developed a deep expertise in both interior renovation work and commercial building.
To this day, THP’s reputation has served as a benchmark for our continued work and client relationships throughout the industry.
THP has a well-established reputation for quality, a high-level of integrity and an unparalleled dedication to excellence with our clients and design teams. From the office to the field, THP strives to maintain these values throughout each and every part of our organization.
The majority of THP’s work is bid on a selected basis and based off of our industry experience, reputation and client satisfaction. Over the years THP’s success has been built off of long-term client relationships which has led to repeat work many future project opportunities.
Safety
Plan, prepare and execute. Safety begins even before we step foot on the jobsite and does not rest until everyone has returned home at the end of each day. THP recognizes that both physical and mental health are equally as important as it relates to safety and we strive to maintain this mentality with each and every member of our organization.
All of our workers carry an OSHA 10 minimum certification while foreman and supervisors are required to carry an OSHA 30 certification.
Day to Day Operations
In addition to a full office staff and support team, THP employs its own skilled, full-time laborers in the area of field supervision, foremen, carpenters and laborers.
